In case you missed the Open Source Works! session in Portland (#PLA10), here's an audio recording.  The program included brief presentations from Jed Moffitt and Matt Carlson of KCLS, Amy Terlaga of Bibliomation, Ben Hyman of SITKA and Eli Nieburger of Ann Arbor District Library.  Moderated by Lori Ayre.  

Provides some useful insights into how each library has moved, or is moving itself, along the ILS to OSLS arc.
