Sample RFQ for Services: Implementation Assistance, Training, Support

Using the standard RFP that has always been used when moving to a new ILS won't work with an OSLS.  A better approach is to seek services from providers at various stages: testing, implementation, training, going live.

This document is just three pages but provides a good start for ensuring you provide the potential respondent enough information to give you some numbers and gives you some ideas about how to use service providers in slightly different ways.
