The four IMLS grant partners--KCLS, PLS, Ann Arbor, and Orange County--had our first face to face planning meeting in Portland.  Rubber chickens were thrown and acquaintances made.  Thanks to Cheryl Gould for facilitation.

We prioritized aspects of our Evergreen migrations that we'd like to see resourced by the grant.

Suggestions included:

1. The development of Evergreen sandbox environments
2. Technical support
3. Data Migration support

We left with the understanding that each library would initiate their own list of priorities and brief descriptions of desired services, and that we would work to incorporate those requests into upcoming funding plans.

We will post these requests to this site as they come in, along with any pertinent grant language showing the steps needed to secure funding.
